Typical Custom Production Process for Plush Products
1. Requirement Alignment & Standardization Precisely align with the customer’s custom needs, turning creative ideas into standardized production specs. Provide detailed design sketches, color samples, process checklists, and a “Process Confirmation Form” for both parties to sign off.
2. Sample Production & Final Approval Produce samples following standardized procedures, thoroughly inspecting appearance, fabric, craftsmanship, safety, and functionality. Iterate samples based on customer feedback until the final version is approved.
3. Pre-Mass Production Preparation All raw materials undergo strict IQC inspection upon arrival; any substandard materials are returned. Use unified production templates and cutting dies to ensure consistency in fit and size across the entire batch.
4. Full-Process Mass Production & Quality Control Mass production follows a standardized assembly line with layered quality checks including self-inspection, peer review, and patrol inspection. Strictly control cutting, printing, sewing, filling, and accessories accuracy to ensure uniformity across the batch.
5. Finished Product Final Inspection & FQC Conduct a comprehensive quality inspection of finished products against the final sample standards, checking appearance, dimensions, color consistency, workmanship, safety, durability, and product functionality.
6. Cleaning & Packaging Dust and lint removal on finished products, plus debris cleaning to ensure a neat and clean presentation.
7. Quality Traceability & After-Sales Support Archive all order documentation through every stage to establish a fully traceable quality system.
